		Hotel Valley Ho is active in its efforts to reduce its use of resources and its impact on the environment. It has undertaken a number of green initiatives, some visible to guests, and others behind the scenes. The Valley Ho uses local and organic food purveyors, features dual-pane glass and low-flow showers and toilets in its guest rooms, and recycles 1.5 tons of material per month, in addition to other environmentally-friendly practices. Also, due to the fact that the Hotel was restored instead of torn down, 20,000 tons of waste was saved.
