Warehouse Build: LMG builds custom data warehouses
utilizing a proprietary software application, housed on a Microsoft
SQL Server platform. The warehouse typically includes, but is not limited
to:

Data Extract: Our proprietary extract program copies
raw PMS data files through read-only access.
LMG guides your IT manager through the process and provides a dedicated, secure
FTP site for data upload.
Extract processes can be automated for easy data warehouse updating.
Data Hygiene: Guest data is cleansed to standardize
names and addresses, determine "mailability" and
identify duplicate and multiple-stay records for past guests. Guests then have one
household record with their
entire spending history. National Change of Address (NCOA) information is applied
to guest records to certify
and update addresses. DSF processing is used to identify residential vs. business
addresses.
Database Update: The warehouses are updated with
new guest data on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as appropriate to client needs.
This data is cleansed and integrated into the master data warehouse.
